Tapered roller bearing
The inner and outer rings of tapered roller bearings are provided with tapered raceways, and tapered rollers are installed between the raceways. If the conical surface is extended, it will eventually converge at a point on the bearing axis. Tapered roller bearing is mainly used to bear the combined radial and axial load dominated by radial load. The axial bearing capacity of the bearing is determined by the contact angle. The larger the contact angle, the greater the axial bearing capacity Tapered roller bearing is a separate bearing. The inner ring with roller and cage forms an inner component, which can be installed separately from the outer ring This kind of bearing can limit the axial displacement of one side of the shaft or shell, and does not allow the shaft to tilt relative to the shell hole. Under the action of radial load, additional axial force will be generated. Therefore, generally, in the two supports of the bearing, the outer ring and inner ring of the bearing shall be installed opposite to each end face. The main uses of this kind of bearing are: automobile front wheel, rear wheel, transmission, differential, pinion shaft, machine tool spindle, construction machinery, large agricultural machinery, railway vehicle gear reducer, rolling mill neck small reducer.
The tapered roller bearings produced by WSZ at present can be roughly divided into the following structures
·Single row cone (Metric)
· Single row cone (English system)
· Double row cone (metric DF)
· Double row cone (Imperial DF)
· Double row cone (metric dB)
· Double row cone (Imperial dB)
· Four row cone (Metric)
· Four row cone (British system)
WSZ Metric tapered roller bearings have common tolerances and also provide products with tolerances of 6x, 6, 5, 4 and 2, all of which are consistent with GB / T307 1.
WSZ Inch Tapered roller bearing has common tolerance, and Cl2, CL3, clo and clo0 tolerance products can also be provided as required
WSZ single row tapered roller bearing has clearance only after installation and can be determined only after adjustment by another bearing positioned in the opposite direction.
Tapered roller bearing generally adopts steel plate stamping basket cage, but when the size is large, it also adopts turning solid pillar cage.
